Our Story
Chukes Okoro started this business about 20 years ago after coming to Baltimore from the U.K., where he was working as a computer scientist. After renovating his first property in 1997, real estate became his passion. bringing old, historic buildings back to life and making them a thriving part of the community again.
Successfully developing over 50 properties across single-family historic and commercial, Okoro Development is connected with all aspects of the development process including pre-planning, property acquisition, financial acquisition, architecture and design, engineering and construction.
With Okoro Development's proven track record of developing vacant properties through all phases of the development process, Chukes is looking to expand by offering investment opportunities and using the knowledge he has gained over the years to teach and guide others.
