Our Story
Chukes Okoro started this business about 20 years ago after coming to Baltimore from the U.K., where he was working as a computer scientist. After renovating his first property in 1997, real estate became his passion. bringing old, historic buildings back to life and making them a thriving part of the community again.
The company first started as a construction company under the name UK Construction, but over the recent years, Chukes has taken the company to the next level by introducing real estate development. He is connected with all aspects of the development process including pre-planning, property acquisition, financial acquisition, architecture and design, engineering and construction.
Chukes is looking to expand Okoro Development by offering investment opportunities and using the knowledge he has gained over the years to teach and guide others.
